Terms and Conditions

• Payment progression is 50% on acceptance of the Quotation and the balance is due when installers arrive, before they start working. You may view the wallpaper, but work will not commence until payment is completed.
• All postponements within 48 hours of the agreed installation date will incur a rescheduling fee of 10% of the total invoice or R1500 (whichever is greater).
• All cancellations will incur a cancellation fee of 25% of the deposit. Refunds will be processed within 7 working days.
• In the case of interior designers or brokers, Canvas and Wall reserves the right to be paid for all work completed, regardless of whether the end client pays the broker or designer.
• If you are colour specific, you must provide your Pantone colours, a swatch, or request a sample print at a cost of R350 to ensure accuracy. Colours on mobile devices and digital screens may vary from the printed wallpaper.
• All quotations that include installations cover only the wallpaper installation. Wall preparations are quoted separately.
• Walls with existing wallpaper will incur charges for wallpaper removal. Any additional preparation needed will only be identified after removal and quoted accordingly, as the wall's condition cannot be determined beforehand.
• The warranty period for installation-related defects is 6 months. After that, repair services will incur additional charges.
• The colour warranty is valid for 10 years on interior walls.
• Installation defects will be addressed as quickly as possible once reported. Canvas and Wall must be given the opportunity to rectify any issues before the client takes further action.
• The quotation does not cover additional items such as generators, scaffolding, or any equipment not standard to wallpaper installation. If these are required, the client must provide them at no cost to Canvas and Wall, or we can obtain rental quotes as needed.
• All financial disputes will be forwarded to our legal team and debt collectors 7 working days after the installation date.
